RendaZap is the product where you create an account, receive a task, send the message yourself in the official WhatsApp app, and, once delivery is confirmed, receive points you can request as a PIX withdrawal.

Who can use RendaZap?
Adults 18 and over only. RendaZap is not allowed for anyone under 18.
Do I need to invest money to use RendaZap?
No. Creating an account, installing the app, and receiving tasks does not require a deposit, a package purchase, or an investment.
Does RendaZap send the messages for me?
No. You send each message in the official WhatsApp app, on your phone. RendaZap does not send it for you.
Can my WhatsApp account be restricted?
It can. A restriction depends on WhatsApp's rules and how the account is used, and RendaZap does not decide that. Sending is manual, in the official app. RendaZap is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
Does RendaZap belong to WhatsApp or Meta?
No. RendaZap is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
When do points arrive in the account?
Points arrive when delivery is confirmed. Receiving the task alone does not add the points. If the number is not on WhatsApp, that message earns no points and no commission.
How many points is each delivered message worth?
The current reference is 200 points (R$0.20). The amount for your task is the one from the moment you accept it, and the app shows that number beforehand.
What is the minimum to request a PIX withdrawal?
The current minimum is R$10 (10,000 points). The points you convert into reais have to reach that minimum, and the current amount appears in the app.
Does the PIX withdrawal have a fee?
No. Withdrawals have no fee.
How do points become reais in PIX?
Conversion uses the fixed ratio 1,000 points = R$1. It is the ratio from the moment you placed the request, not the day's exchange rate.
What phone do I need?
You need an Android phone that can run RendaTask and the official WhatsApp app. The published minimum Android version is Android 9. Pairing and sending happen on that phone.
Do I need an invite code?
No. The invite code is optional at signup and is not required to connect RendaTask or to receive a task. It only creates the invite relationship used for commission.
How is invite commission calculated?
Commission arrives in points when a message from someone below you in the chain is delivered and that message's points arrive. There are two levels: 10% for the person who invited directly and 5% for the level above.
What do I need to receive a delivery task?
You need a RendaZap account, RendaTask connected to that account, a WhatsApp sending account that is confirmed and paired, no other task in progress, and daily room still available.
