PIX withdrawal

Minimum, fee, and ratio

The current minimum is R$10 (10,000 points). The points you convert into reais have to reach that minimum, and the current amount appears in the app.

Withdrawals have no fee.

Conversion uses the fixed ratio 1,000 points = R$1. It is the ratio from the moment you placed the request, not the day's exchange rate.

Opening the request does not send the PIX immediately: the points in the request stay reserved, and the request is reviewed before payment. If the review declines it, or if the payment fails in a confirmed way, that reserve comes back.

CPF and PIX key

On the first withdrawal you register a CPF and a PIX key. That withdrawal identity stays tied to your account. Later withdrawals use the same identity.

The key can be a CPF, a Brazilian mobile number, an email, or a random key, but the withdrawal page only shows the types the operation has switched on at that moment.

What happens to the points in the request

When you create the request, the points you convert leave the available balance and stay reserved. Review happens before payment. If the review declines it, or if the payment fails in a confirmed way, the reserve comes back.

The request keeps the ratio, the minimum that applied, and the reais amount from that moment. If those numbers change later, the request you already made keeps the numbers from when you made it.

Limits for the day

The daily withdrawal cap is 10 withdrawals per day. The daily cap on points you can ask to convert is 1,000,000 points per day.
